Why families
stay.

Plenty of clinics can treat a fever. What keeps a family with the same practice for years is everything around the visit: how fast you get in, whether anyone remembers you, and whether the billing surprises you afterwards. These are the six things we hold ourselves to.

Six promises we can actually be held to.

What you can expect

Same-day slots, held back on purpose

Every office keeps a block of appointments unbooked until the morning of. They exist so a child who wakes up with a fever is seen that day, not next Thursday.

If we cannot fit you at your usual office, reception checks the other two before you hang up.

Book at 2am if that is when you are awake

Online scheduling never closes. You pick the slot, you get an instant confirmation, and nobody has to call you back to make it real.

Rescheduling and cancelling work the same way, with no phone queue.

One chart, live at all three offices

Your record is not filed at a single location. Whichever office you walk into, the clinician in front of you sees the same history, the same allergies, and the same notes from the last visit.

That includes immunization records, so school forms do not turn into a scavenger hunt.

Benefits checked before you arrive

We verify your plan ahead of the appointment and tell you what it covers. Most Los Angeles HMO and IPA plans are accepted.

If something is not covered, you hear it from us beforehand, not from a statement six weeks later.

Care in the language you think in

Our clinicians and front desk staff work in English and Spanish, and we arrange interpretation for other languages ahead of the visit.

Discharge instructions and care plans go home in the language you asked for.

Someone answers after hours

Nights, weekends, and holidays, the number on your discharge sheet reaches a clinician, not a recording telling you to go to the emergency room.

They can see your chart while you talk, so the advice is about your child, not a generic script.

The same visit, side by side.

None of this is exotic. It is the ordinary stuff that decides whether a practice is worth staying with.

In their words.

My son spiked a fever on a Sunday night. I booked online at 11pm and we were seen before lunch on Monday. Nobody made me explain his asthma history twice, because it was already on the screen.

Marisol R.Hollywood

We moved from a practice where every visit meant a new doctor. Here the same clinician has followed both girls for four years, and she remembers things I have forgotten.

Dana K.Santa Monica

The part I did not expect was the billing. They told me what my plan covered before the appointment, and the statement afterwards matched what they said. That has never happened to me before.
